“Market-Ready” Websites Terms & Conditions



1. “Market-Ready” websites are based on templates and are not custom-built.
2. The included features for a “Market-Ready” website can be found at https://www.clickready.com/small-business-websites-pricing. Any features not found on that page will not be provided. If the included features don’t match your needs, then our “Market-Ready” websites may not be the best fit for your needs.
3. Each package option includes a different number of monthly updates. These monthly updates will include work sessions not to exceed one hour and these updates are available by request only.
4. All “Market-Ready” website packages include a 6 month commitment term at the monthly price indicated by your payment plan. Early cancellation fees will include a penalty for 75% of the Client’s remaining balance in order to fulfill the 6 month commitment.
5. After the Client’s initial 6 month commitment term, recurring charges will decrease to $149/month in order to cover monthly updates and hosting fees. This pricing plan will continue on a monthly basis unless another agreement is reached.
6. Transfer of Ownership: At the end of the Client’s agreement, site ownership can be transferred to the Client upon request to the compatible platform of Duda. More information on Duda can be found at https://www.duda.co/.
7. “Market-Ready” websites are hosted websites and require the Duda Content Management System. These websites cannot be downloaded and/or uploaded to the Client’s hosting environment.

Additional Information

What We Need

Content - Before launching your site, we'll need all of the written content to determine your formatting.

Logo/Graphics - If you have a company logo or other verified graphics, please provide high-quality versions (formats include svg, jpg, png, eps, psd)

Images - If you have any images that you'd like to include on your website, please provide us with high-quality versions. We can also provide a variety of optional stock photos.

Sitemap - Provide an outline of which pages you'd like to include on your website

Contact Form Info - Let us know what information you'd like to collect on your forms (name, email, phone number, etc.)

Existing Logins - If you have an existing domain or website, please provide your login credentials before building your new site.

What Is Not Included

Content - Clients must provide written content for their new site. We rely on completed content while formatting your site. If you don't have any written content, we can provide content for an additional fee.

Graphic Design - Our websites are built with website templates and don't include additional graphic designs. If you require graphic designs, we can provide that work for an additional fee.

Email - Your website does not include email services or hosting. However, we can set up your forms to send information to an existing email account.

Advanced SEO - Our sites are built with basic SEO services, and we can provide basic information on industry-standard SEO services. However, advanced SEO services are only available with our advanced SEO plans.
